We offer supervised sessions in key areas of your preparation, dependent on what coaching package you decide to follow. This may include:
- Participation in supervised track, road and swim sessions
- Group and/or individual stability and strength sessions
- Specialized indoor training
- Support on race day at all main events.

If you are looking for a group to train with and don’t need an individualised coaching program we have the option of joining our weekly triathlon and swim squad sessions. No matter what level of experience, from newbie to pro, your triathlon experience will be enhanced by joining a group. You will train smarter, harder and have more fun with people of a like mind.
